Smokeless Fire Pit • 20"
This is a compact, smokeless wood-burning fire pit with a modern black-and-steel look, sized for small patios and gathering spots. It throws a real, visible flame with about a 4-foot heat radius and comfortably suits 4–6 people without dominating your space.

Fit Score
HearthTrail Fit™ is our shorthand for how easy this is to live with in real backyards – balancing performance, ease of use, and value.
Great if…
- You want a stylish low-smoke pit for a smaller patio or deck.
- You like the idea of easy-light pellet packs plus the option for small splits.
- You want something portable enough to move or take car-camping without feeling flimsy.
Think twice if…
- You want a big log-burner for larger groups.
- You’re expecting Solo-level smokeless performance with sloppy fuel or overfilled logs.
- You’ll leave it uncovered in the weather and will be annoyed by a cover that can pool water.
Our take…
- A compact, good-looking smokeless pit that throws a surprisingly solid flame for 2–4 people, with easy cleanup and included stand/cover, but a smaller firebox and mid-tier price mean it’s not the “one pit for everyone.

Worthy Mentions
- Manufacturer rates it for groups of 4–6 with about a 4 ft heat radius, so the best warmth is for people sitting fairly close in.
- It burns standard firewood or TIKI Wood Packs; the branded packs light easily but only run around 20–30 minutes, so you’ll reload more often and pay more per hour of burn
- Like most smokeless pits, a lot of heat goes upward, so a heat deflector helps if you want people a bit farther back to feel it too.
- The removable ash base makes next-day cleanup noticeably quicker than fixed-bowl pits, which matters if you use it often
- At about 32 lb with built-in handles it’s easy to move around a yard or load into a vehicle, but it’s still a chunky steel pit, not a lightweight camping stove.

In Plain English
The real-world take
Short, practical notes—what matters, what doesn’t, and what to expect.
Why we like it
- You get the full TIKI smokeless experience in a lighter, easier-to-move package (about 32 lbs) with built-in handles, so you can shift it around the yard, take it camping, or pack it for tailgates.
- The internal airflow system does a good job cutting down smoke compared with an open bowl, especially with dry wood or TIKI Wood Packs.
- The removable ash base and included stand and cover mean you’re not immediately hunting for extra accessories just to use and store it.
- It also hits a nice middle ground on price versus premium smokeless brands while still looking more “furniture-grade” than a plain steel drum.
Best for
- Small patios, decks, and townhome yards; hosts who want a clean-looking pit that’s easy to move and store.
- Quick weeknight s’mores or 30–60 minute hangs using TIKI Wood Packs
- 4–6 person gatherings where vibe and low smoke matter more than maximum blast-furnace heat.
Things to know
- "Smokeless” means “much less smoke,” not zero. If the wood is damp or you overfill it, you’ll still see some smoke until it’s burning clean.
- The bowl is smaller than big-box fire pits, so you’ll want shorter or split logs, and TIKI Wood Packs only burn about 30 minutes each, great for quick fires, but it adds up if you want long sessions.
- The outer shell and stand get hot in use, and TIKI recommends at least 15 feet of clearance from structures and no use under a roof or low branches, so it’s not for enclosed or covered patios.
- At ~25.5" across, it feels more like a compact “social circle” pit than an all-night bonfire engine
Other HearthTrail favorites
- If you like this look but want a bigger flame and more heat for larger groups, the TIKI Patio Smokeless Fire Pit (about 25") and the larger Reunion model (27.5") push more warmth and feel more “permanent,” at the cost of weight and portability.
- If your main goal is long, ultra-efficient burns and you don’t care as much about the furniture-style outer shell, Solo Stove-style pits are worth a look as a more performance-first alternative.
