Refund policy

You can return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Unused, unassembled, in original packaging with all parts/tags
  • Proof of purchase required
  • Some brands require returns to their own facilities; we’ll route you correctly after approval

Start a return
Email returns@hearthtrail.com with your order # and reason. We’ll reply with an RMA and instructions. Items sent back without an RMA cannot be accepted or processed.

Return shipping
Customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged/defective or we shipped the wrong item. For oversized items that ship freight, we’ll provide carrier and pickup instructions in the RMA.

Non-returnable items
Used/installed/burned fire pits or ovens; fuel/consumables; clearance “final sale”; gift cards.

Damaged/incorrect items
Report within 7 days of delivery to support@hearthtrail.com with photos/video and your order #. We’ll arrange a replacement, part, or reshipment as applicable.

Exchanges
Place a new order and return the original item per this policy.

Refunds
After inspection at the designated return facility, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank/issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Return address
Return locations vary by product/brand. The correct return address is provided in your RMA email. Do not ship returns until you receive RMA instructions.

Warranty
We honor each manufacturer’s warranty. For warranty help, email warranty@hearthtrail.com with your order #.
